Fireflies.ai is an AI meeting assistant. Sign up with Google at the official site. Free plan: 800 min/month, 5 recent meetings; Pro at $10/month unlocks unlimited meetings and summaries.
Go to Sign UpIn Settings → Integrations, connect Google Calendar or Outlook — Fireflies auto-joins calendar meetings. Or add fred@fireflies.ai to Zoom/Meet invitations to invite the bot.
Set filters in Calendar Settings (e.g. "internal sync") — Fireflies auto-skips meetings that don't need recording, saving quota.
After meetings, Fireflies auto-generates summaries, keywords, action items, and question lists. On any meeting page, click "AskFred" to query the transcript, e.g. "what's the client's budget?" or "summarize client pain points".
Use "Topic Tracker" to set keywords (e.g. "budget", "deadline"); Fireflies extracts clips from all meetings containing these words — great for topic tracking.
In Integrations, connect Slack (auto-push summaries to channels), HubSpot, Salesforce, Notion, etc. Create Team Workspaces to share transcripts; organize by Channels.
