From registration to actual use - step by step

Go to Sign UpIn Settings → Calendar Connections, connect Google Calendar, Outlook, or iCloud. Calendly auto-detects busy times and avoids them. In Availability, set work hours, buffers, and minimum notice.
Enable "Secret events" in Availability to hide event names and just show "Busy" — protects privacy.
Click "+ New Event Type" to create one-on-one, group, or round-robin meetings. Configure duration, location (Zoom/Meet/phone). In Booking Questions, collect name, email, company, question details, etc.
Use "Routing" to auto-assign team members based on invitee answers, e.g. assign sales by region without manual routing.
Copy the scheduling link to email signatures, websites, or Notion docs. Use Embed code on webpages. In Workflows, set auto-email reminders, follow-ups, and no-show reminders, customized per event type.
